Doing some preseason maintenance on the 03 and found the exhaust donuts completely gone. I'm in the process of doing an under-tunnel exhaust and found the pipes coming from the engine to be a little loose. I also discovered my exhaust pipe broken in half right at the y-pipe. I was going to cut the exhaust there for the under-tunnel but I didn't have to. The only thing holding the pipe in place was two rivets. 12000 km I guess I should have checked the exhaust system sooner. New oil and clutches cleaned. removed the remainder of the blown up belt from last year. First and only belt blown on this sled since I've had it (05). Of course change the belt out each year. Not really sure why the belt went last year. but out of 8 sleds 5 of us had belt issues I guess it was one of those trips.
