i have a 2008 FX Nytro with 3300 miles and when running it on a stand I noticed that when letting off the throttle the primary clutch makes a popping or clunking type noise as it fully disengages. There is no noise when the clutch engages. Sled did not make this noise before I put it away for the summer. I'm not familiar at all with the workings of the clutch so any help is appreciated. Hoping something just needs to be cleaned up a bit.

You're running it on the stand without a belt are you?

I would just clean the clutches up with some soapy hot water. With that many miles its due for a good cleaning. If you can I would pull both clutches off and run them in the dishwasher to really get them clean. Most likely something is binding up a tad and thats the popping noise you are hearing.
