Dan i am a little confused about the secondary settings you listed, did you say you ran it at 90 and it ran great, and you have already tried running it at 110 degrees?? And next you may go to 100 is this right? What was the difference between 90 and 110 other than more overall shift rpms at 110 and snappier corner to corner running, and at 110 i would think it might not want to fully shift out even after a full mile run down the lake.. How did it seem to compare top speed wise between the 90 and 110 wrap? Pete

pete...changing your wrap does NOT change overall shift RPMS at max.....you need to change weight in primary for that.
I just felt i was hitting wall with 110 wrap,..as it went to 10,900 and 11000 right away...
the 90 wrap seem to hit abit lower at maybe 10,700 or so then goes to 11000....the higher wrap will be more consistant in all conditions...with the less wrap when you hook hard it will suck the belt abit and drop rpms..i think for radar on long hauls the lower wrap is best...higher wrap for best corner to corner short runs..

Any real world Radar numbers yet, with the proline Kit? Also, have you raced a Mach Z, with the kit?

Did you try dropping one tooth to see what the outcome was? What was it on the dream meter?Racy2 said:114.6 with the kit at 9&2 at 2,000 ft in North Bay

Snowbeast is correct, winding the secondary up has more effect on top end RPM than bottom. A looser secondary is of course better for top end but your helix is a lot more important.

I have the 1 tooth smaller gear for the top but haven't tried it yet to see if there is any difference. Can't make up my mind
