pure logic box on turbo

my pure logic box on my cpr turbo has the first light flashing when it's idling don't remember that from before just seen it tonight .is this normal? sled seems ok but occasionally gives a backfire when slowing down. the otrs is locked out on the handle bar and i am getting no codes . thanks and happy new year

The first light (which is green) should blink. It blinks around every couple seconds if all is normal.
