Okay. Adding 1/8" to the front preload helped with the excess bite. Still a bit too much on hardback, but perfect on groomed trail. Played off trail in the sugar snow, and I didn't turn any worse than the guys with other skis. Tuners will work good in most conditions, but definitely lack bite in soft snow. Let's face it, they were designed for trail riding, and when properly set up, they are good there. Just don't expect them to be good off trail as they weren't designed for that.Just ditched the stock wear bars. 1/2 gone in 170 miles. 6" shapers inside, 6" woodys round outside, 1/4" preload in center shock, limiters all the way out, torsions on soft. TOO much bite on hard pack (never thought I'd have too much). Added another 1/8" preload to center shock to lighten ski pressure a bit an will see how that works tomorrow. Me and Shagman are going to rip with Yamahaguys for the day.
After rear revolve next week I'm sure I'll have to start over, but for tomorrow I can turn!!!

You dont need to tighten the limiter strap, you need to allow some body roll to get some bite on the outside ski.
I can sit back on my xtx and rail the curves with simmons skis and no heavy steering anymore.
My front evols are at 70psi main, 80psi evol. Center shock showing 20 threads, and 135lbs in the rear shock is the best ive found.
Found a 20psi air discrepency this am on the evol chambers, explains my funny steering before.
Lowering my evol 5psi took away the push. Was cornering too flat before.
