so I sold a 03 rx1 & the guy filled it with mid grade gas w ethanol. With in mile or minutes of filling he says it had no low end.
So the sled sat for a week, I rode the sled today & acts like it is running on 3 cylinders. top speed like 75, If i turn on the choke when riding it a lot better? (I checked plugs / replaced, several times.)
I removed the carbrack,
When I removed the 4 covers to access the jets, on all 4 "MAIN JETS" it looks like all 4 of the O rings are melted. What is this from? As you look into the removed covers, you can see black rubber on them where the o rings fit.
These are the O rings on the main jets?
I am doing a total clean, seeing lots of build up. Do you think the gas did something, did the guy spray something in the carbs to melt the O rings?

the 03 did not have o-rings on the jets. whatever you are seeing has probably plugged up the pilot and main jets. they will have to be removed and cleaned. as for ethanol fuel, its what i have been running for 9 years in my rx1s with no problems.

The big one with the oring like you said is the main jet. I would either buy new o rings or take the damaged ones out and leave them out.
The one in the center is the power jet. Clean them and dont get them mixed up with the main jet.
The one on the side is the pilot jet.
You have to take them out and clean them with carb cleaner make sure to get all the glazed shellac off of them. The pilot once out will look like a cannon barrel with little holes on the side of it make sure all those little holes and the very small one looking through the pilot are clean. I would also set the air fuel mixture screw to turns out from a light seat on all of the them. The air screw is towards the end of the carb but in the middle again.

dont know why your 03 has the o rings, unless carbs are off an 05 but it dosent matter. as stated clean out jets and use compressed air to blow out passages. hold each jet up to a lite and look through it, the hole should be round and smooth, if not they are not clean. you can burn the paper off a twist tie to use to help clean them.

Looks like it has the mountain bowl update. That's why it has the o-rings.
If your not going to be running this sled in the mountains you can take those o rings off and leave them off.
