I decided to take my front shocks off my 16 ltx Le and check them out after finding my shock tools from years ago. Turns out the nitrogen side had a couple oz's of oil in and bubbles past the piston during compression after only 2000km on them. Looks like I'll rebuild them all now. Question is can I use amsoil shock oil? I have 5 and 10 wt shock therapy on the shelf.

I have the same shocks. How do I check for same issue? Do I have to take it apart?

Yes 5 wt Amsoil. Was worried about that issue when I saw the plastic floating piston in there.

Thanks! It appeared to have 150psi in it but not sure if that what it's supposed to have. From what I found fox uses 200psi of nitrogen?
