Adjusted my rear qs3 shock from 2 to 3 cause trails were really rough and all was good till next day when I went to put it back to #2 position and now there is no notches or feeling of clicks, just is free moving. What would be the cause ?

The rezi has lost nitrogen. The factory end cap uses an aluminum c-clip that hold in the end cap. Repetitive movement and pressure wears it out and causes leak down. Hygear makes new end caps to prevent this issue. I had the same issue with my shocks and sent them to them. No issues thus far this season (500 miles)

cannobdale27 is far faster in my experience as well

Was planning on having my shock rebuilt by Cannondale27 at the end of this year. Will it be ok to ride on the rest of season for another 500 miles ?

No. It needs to be fixed if charge is lost which is what the knob with no clicks indicates. I can get it done in less than a week. Parts are all on hand. You arent that far from me. If you can get here during week I can do it while you wait. Weekend I am riding!

Can someone comment on getting this work done in Manitoba. I have the same issue on my MTX

It’s also not the clip that causes leak it’s the pellet fill point with no secondary seal such as a screw or cap.
