We lost alot of snow in Northern Maine as well. I'm going to ride what I can and may ask a buddy to make a big loop in Canada on Saturday.
It is forecast to get colder with one report forecasting 2-4" of snow friday night.
Next week Thursday and Friday's forecast is for snow and the following weeks long range forecast really looks good.

Keep an eye on the east coast early next week for a good shot of snow... long range is tough, keep your finger's crossed.

I had a trip planned for the Gaspe week of 1/14. Cancelled it due to the frickin weather!
Its too much money to go there and hope the trails are ok. The snow will return though...(that's what I keep telling myself!)

I've heard reports from Jackman that they're still riding with decent (not stellar) conditions. Potential snow this Fri and next week should set them up again pretty well.

Things are bare!!!!!! here in NH
From great to nothing in one week. Not looking all that good over the next 15 days.
Lets hope things change.

I was on the phone with Jennette @ Real Masse today and the trails are shot!![]()
Any of you MANIACS know if the trails in Northern Maine will be good enough for the week of Jan 14th?
I am about 60miles south from Real Massé (by the trails ) and can confirm you that the conditions are not too bad now. A part of the huge trail base we had had melted but it still left a very good trail base and we get some new wet snow in the last 2 days, about 3 inches here and around 8-10 inches reported in St-Zenon area.
I will take a trip there tomorroy and can give you feed back if you need...
