Did you get an improvement with the new gas? I would take it a step further and put some new plugs in.
At the start of fall there are always a lot of posts about bad running phazers. Most of them are solved with fresh gas and a plug change.

I did change the gas still no different. I'm going to bring it in for a service and bushing change anyway, so I'm going to get the plugs changed too.


It could also be a clutching issue.Unlikely with it up on a stand but a broke spring in either clutch could do that.Never hurts to clean the clutches anyway when they are apart.
