Question about the dive shaft bearing

Do I have to re-align anything in the clutch when I take the secondary off to replace the bearing or does it just bolt back up?

If you remember the order and type of washers that came off you should be all set. You will also want to spin the track a few revs (under power) to set the bearing prior to snugging the locking screws.
