1) What's involved in transfering a YES warranty? (I would be the new owner)
2) Would after-market exhaust pipes void the YES warranty?
3) There's a year left in the warranty, can't I bring my sled to a dealer and have them do any recall/repairs issued by Yamaha? Idler Wheels, etc

take it to the dealer they will do an inspection to verify no major issues then they will transfer for you. they will do all repairs and recalls needed and aftermarket exhaust should only affect exhaust so your good.
