rack for apex

Does anybody have any ideas or have built a rack for the rear of an apex. My friend has a 2011 xtx and wants something to strap a bag to above the exhaust. Any ideas would be great.

here's mine,made it myself and it comes off easy,nothing fancy but you dont see it much when bags are strapped to it
