Just did 900 miles in Quebec and here is some feedback:
My friend John had his new Rage and I have to tell you all that I was impressed after riding it! It's more nimble than the Warrior and easier to ride on trails, and it only gives up a little in the power department! Yes the Warrior is a little bit faster but not by much! Mostly top end! Which is hardly ever used, except on lakes!
But what the RX-1 and Warrior do to the two strokes in gas mileage, The Rage does the same to the Warrior
At one stop our 2 smoke, stinky buddies who where driving an 04 Rev 800 took 29.5 litres, 2- MXZ 700's 31 litres, my 04 Warrior took 28 litres, his 05 Rage took 24 litres
At another place the MXZ 700 took 31 litres, and the Rage took 21 litres and the rest of us got nothing because they ran out of gas We rode in to the closest town and filled the rest of the sleds. :?
