RAISED AIR BOX ????

I just ordered the new air box lid YAM has this year. The new lid is spose to be around inch and half raised lift above hood. [we will see next week] ! I was thinkin about cutting it apart and moving my FIX ram air on to this lid. This will force even more air in but i will turn fuel up even more. Does anyone have any thoughts or coments on this?? ALL WELCOME !! :exc:

I like the idea of the carbon fibre, too bad I cant see it under any of the Apex or Attak listings.
