The clutch side has the prefilter; the others do not.thetruck454 said:are those the vents with or without the prefilters?

Those vents look great and I am considering getting some combination of them. Why did you decide to go with the prefilter on only the clutch side?

Man, that tunnel does look sweet, but you must have had $200 in rivets! I powdered my tunnel and I thought I had to drill out alot, you drilled'em all. How thick is the wrap, I hope it holds up for you, looks sweet

I'm thinking of taking some self etching primer and spraying the tunnel and then take some satin black rustoleum and just painting the tunnel, rivets and all. I don't have the patience you both do

I ride 99% trails and always the leader of the group so I am not worried about snow getting in. I figured I have never had an issue with the vents that are already there. I bought the prefilter on the clutch side just to make sure I never have an issue with belt slippage.

Thickness of film plus adhesive: .0084" (0.021336cm)
I never checked the price of the rivets before I started; never imagined they would be a buck each!

Depending on the film it could last a couple years or more. My buddy wrapped his whole truck and looked awsome. (he owns his own decal shop). He wrapped my hood in my avator and still looks new to the day after one year of abuse. Some much better then having to polish the tunnel all the time. Looks sweet!!!

Got the new seat, painted plastic, and extension installed.

With the tip up extensions, I was concerned with the hyfax wear at the bend, so I added a set of idlers on the inside of the rails and on the outside. I am still waiting for the outer idlers to arrive, so just the mounts are pictured. I also decided since I was replacing the outer rear wheels, I would use them to add a 4th idler in the rear.

The front end is starting to come together.

The LED exhaust (it can be set to 6 different colors, but I like the blue).

Great job. Very tidy work you got going there. Would you be able to post the part number for the spoked idler wheels? I need to add a set as well at my OFT Extension bends and I like the look of those.
