[Would you be able to post the part number for the spoked idler wheels?]
SMA-8FP38-01-BK Idler Wheels
SMA-8FP38-02-BK Rear Axle Wheels
Note the idler wheels come with RED bearings. So I used a 2" neoprene washer, cut the ID to clear the bolt head, and inserted into a groove in the idler that they fit into perfect. Basically a rubber boot inside of the idler to hide the RED. Hopefully, they will stay in when riding.
The rear axle bearings were black.

Is your front bumper painted, or powdered? I really like the two colors on it, sled looks real nice. Thanks!

I had painted that last year myself and it made it through the season with no issues.fergdog93 said:Is your front bumper painted, or powdered? I really like the two colors on it, sled looks real nice. Thanks!

All done except waiting for HID lights, shock resi's, and saddlebag mount.

Added a remote for the ipod; always nice to have tunes when riding.

At the end of last season, I noticed the saddlebags I had across the rear of the seat and plastic, wore a hole in the seat. (One of the reasons why I got a new seat.)
I had a custom bracket made for mounting the saddlebags ABOVE the seat and plastic - so no more worries. I have a couple of saddlebag trips planned this year and need the storage. Also nice to be abele to carry the beverages of choice.

Thanks to Muffinworks for the great job. I did end up adding a little more support to the bracket and the "extra" piece worked out well for that. Thanks again.gade-thrasher said:Rob - The setup looks great. Glad the parts worked out for you.

Installed a battery tender on the sled. I will be able to plug it in wherever I am to make sure the battery is good.

Installed the resi's I built for the floats. Thanks to OFT for the custom clamps.
The sled is done now except for the HID lights.

WOW that is a nice sled.
It has all the bells and whistles! I like how you put the battery tender on the sled, I just put the quick connect on.
So now that the sled is done what are you doing with the monster truck in the back ground? (wish monster trucks had blowers when I was a kid)

WOW!
Everything looks amazing on this sled! I am actually doing alot of the similar things to my sled...Curve ski's...136 long track kit from hartman... I actually just talked to Scott over at OFT Racing and he sent me your link.... I was askin him if there was any clearance issues with the OFT Relocator when you have the tall windshield installed.... Doesn't look like it, but did you run into any problems with the hand guards??
