2006 apex rtx
Hey all
This past weekend i tore the shock mounts off of the rear arm on the mono suspension (2006 apex rtx)
i had the beef up kit done to the front arm and now i think the rear arm might become the weak link. I wanted to upgrade to one of the newer arms that have the track rub preventers on them.
it looks like 2006 &2007 are the same# 8fu-47332-10-00 (no rub preventer)
2008 is a different # 8fu-47332-11-00 (no rub preventer)
2009 changes again # 8fu-47332-12-00 and has a rub preventer (tube welded to the arm
2010 changes again #8ja-47332-00-00 and has a rub preventer (tube welded to the arm
2011 changes again # 8jb-47332-00-00 has a rub preventer (welded brackets that hold plastic rub preventers)
Does anyone know if an arm from 2009 - 2010 or 2011 is interchangable with the 2006 mono suspension .
I would like to be able to just drop in a new rear arm and go riding.
Any help is appreciated

2010-2011 have bearing in the lower mounting location so it will not bolt on....they also made new rail in 2010 for the mono.
2009 will fit ok

You might want to just send your existing arm/Arms out to Half Baked. They reweld and beef up the arms and re-powerdercoat. They did all three of my sleds and all came out perfect. Have over 3500 miles on the arms now and not any problems and the powder coating looks brand new. I think you can probabbly get it all done for less than the cost of one new arm. They are also a site sponsor!!

This reply was for the front arm....
Rear arm will fit to 2010 model, 2011 mono 128" does not have the wheel mounted on the top shaft so it will not fit.

ok so you are saying that the rear pivot arms from 2006-2010 are interchangable?
i will look into a little deeper before ordering anything. if everything checks out and is actually interchangable i will order either the 2009 or the 2010 pivot arm.
the 2009 is $157.00 and the 2010 is $200.00 wondering why the big difference in price?
Thanks for your help!!
