Has anyone made or bought a aftermarket exhaust that exits out the back of the seat like the Excell, that works perfect with the fuel injection ? Looking for something that will take some weight away from the stock setup. The under tunnels don't seem to be working very well with the fuel injection ? Ideas ? Let see what you got !

I have a TJ's exhaust on my Apex and just love it!
It goes under the tunnel and I do not have any problem with it with the EFI!

Almost the same sound as stock and just a little bit louder! Much lighter than stock!

Did you reclutch ? I was talking to someone about the Excell and they were saying it was just a clutching issue on that system. I thought it was fuel issue for sure for the TJ's but i guess i may be wrong, it sure seemed like it when i riding a friends. Info ?

No I did not re-clutch as far as the pipe is concern!
I'm using 89L ramps!

i have my glass pack exhaust that wieghs less the tjs exhaust and cost less that goes under the tunnel and sounds like a turbo!!!

I have a under tunnel exhaust for an apex I wiull sell it's part iof a hauck system but exit's under the tunnel.

I will try to get pics up soon.I paid 150 dollars I only got about 3 miles on it testing in the fiels and then I sold the sled probaly 130 shipped.

I will get pics next week.I have no support for the seat or tunnel enclosure just the exhaust.I sold the sled so didn't fabricate a seat support.

It was a clutching issue not a fuel issue....signed the friend whose sled you were riding.... ;)!

how does this under tunnel exhaust work with the deflection plate Yamaha installed to prevent track lugs lugs from getting chewed off by the edges of tunnel holes for the exhaust system?
