I have one that will work. Not perfect but price is right compared to $200+ new!

8ET-RHECR-KT $117.99 in Canada is the one I put in my 06 apex. They should be the same as a 05 RX and RS.This was a kit to help with overheating and I dont know if it is a good number anymore.Good luck

Why not put in an apex radiator and fan? That's what I did and my sled runs SO much cooler now. I installed a temp gage and would see the temps rise real quick if we had to ride down the rode for a bit to connect trails or if the trails were hard packed. Never had this problem again since the radiator when in.

I agree the apex rad would work nice but i always have a ton of ice buildup behind the flap and top of tbe tunnel that i think a rear heat exchanger would help get rid of. Ultimately i plan to do both!
Do both
I put in a rear heat exchanger in my 05 RX1 and it helped BUT did not totally solve my overheating problems in marginal snow conditions. The following year I put the Apex rad & fan in and have not had any issues. Works great and its worth it.

kinger do you still have the rear heat exchanger? Would you ship to Canada for a $125?
I can't find a new one for the price posted up top if anybody knows where they got such a good deal I'd like to know. A new one from Yamaha is listed over $250.

I had overheating issues with my 05 as well. I did the apex radiator mod, and have not had any problems since.
