Hi,
Tried searching but haven't found answer yet.
2006 Apex GT.
Rear pivot arm is broken. Does anyone know if arm from 2010 will fit or any other year? And will it also have to be a GT
Thanks again

contact Travis Barn Of Parts he will know for sure. I am pretty sure you just need one from a mono skid up to 2010 I think and 08 and newer will be stronger. my years may be off a little but again Travis at BOP will have your answers and your parts at great price and service have used him many times.

Your GT has the Mono I ( 2006-09) suspension. The GT, ER, Standard and 2006 RTX Apex all share the same suspension. The 2007 and up RTX is different. In 2008 Yamaha beefed up the front pivot and left the rear pivot the same as previous years.
As mentioned, Travis from BOP can help you out with any used parts that you may need.

Thanks for the info guys. Sorry forgot to mention Ottawa Ontario.
Ended up finding a fairly clean one near my for cheap. Only I'm curious about something.. Can you tell me what that extra piece of welded pipe is there for? I don't see it in any other picture I have looked of these arms and it's not exactly round.

Thanks again for the help
Rocky

Many of the 05-09 mono shock skid would have a severe wear on the aluminum shock eyelet if studded. Yamaha added the pipe to protect the shock.

ok, so not something I need to worry about then. I haven't taken sled apart yet and i was like nothing going to fit in there if it's all messed up. I'm running 1.5 lug with studs so I will def need to leave that there.
Thanks again guys
