Rear skid torque values

Still waiting for my service manual to come but I'll be ready to put the skid back in tomorrow when my new idler bearings show up. So for now I need some torque numbers.
#1 small idler wheel bolts/nuts
#2 rear axle bolt
#3 link on upper shaft, need the torque for the clamp bolt holding link to upper shaft
#5 skid to frame bolts
#6 transfer pivot stop rod to skid rails

I've searched every conceivable title for the info but can't find what I need.
