I run rx-1 running mcx 400 at 22 boost 500' drags. Just wondering if it better to drop and lock rear suspension or have a little of transfer for snow drags.

From my experience in snow drags you want enough transfer to get the skiis a few inches off the snow for the the first 100 feet or so.
Imo
With that kind of power keeping the front end down is going to be a problem!

For me ..... no transfer equals no traction. But I'm not into having the limiter strap too loose.

For me ..... no transfer equals no traction. I'm not into having the limiter strap too loose I play with coupling and transfer on the skid and let up one hole on the strap. On the ZX2 it's 1 and 5 drags 2 and 4 trail... hooks up perfectly
unless there is ice build up on the track. Skies up 3-4 inches for 100 ft control is spot on.
That said I'm nowhere near your power level.... I'm @280hp for snow drags.... just sharing info.
