Is it possible to remove some of the rear suspension out of my apex mtn and replace it with a float. Pretty much remove the gas shock that is there and replace it with the fox. If it's just that I doubt there would be any weight savings. What do you guys think.

nextech makes a kit, but do yourself a huge favor and get the timbersled, save 30+ lbs and works a bunch better

The one from timbersled is obviously the one to get. But with the exchange rate right now I'm thinking the nextech is my option since it's in Canada. Any problems with the nextech suspension mod yet? If anyone knows how I can get a timbersled suspension without the exchange rate let me know haha

i got my tamer just before the drop in money...and also got ice age rails and got them powder coated..the snow barely sticks to the rails or the tamer..i could have gotten a sweet deal from bovin..but did not like the skid for a moutain..would be nice if i had a short track...my opinon...the tamer is light and there is lots of room for snow..in and out of the track..suffer and get a loan...lol...good luck...yamahahaapex said:The one from timbersled is obviously the one to get.
