Lightening the Apex

adjustments.....

under tunnel exhaust is -16 lbs and battery is -6 to 8lbs.
The removal from front to rear is 15 lbs from front add 9lbs to rear.....does this make sense. The track drilling or porting is a max weight loss of 2 lbs rotating mass. Other then that it looks pretty good!

Alright, made the changes. With the battery location, is the -15 vs +9 lb difference the weight of the mounting assembly?

my apex weight

So have a got at weighing my apex mtn and its coming in dry at
520lbs!! Any one else come in around this figure?

So then my turbo comes in around that 520 with about 290hp I like that makes it so hp to weight is awesome. Thats what about 50 to 60lb heavier than an xp

I'd like to post that the guy I got my sled from ported the track with 3 holes in the middle using this tool http://bd-xtreme.com/bdxpro-liteseriest ... gtool.aspx

Said it lost 7.2 lbs.

This is on a 174x2.5x16 camo extreme
