Recommend a 1.5" track for me...

Whatever you do, don't settle for an inferior track. It's only money...and overpaying for a track by $100 or so is far better than not having the very BEST track for your riding style...good luck!

This man speaks the truth.

I highly doubt that I'll pay $140 + shipping each way to have the track clipped, but next payday, I am going to buy the 9800 as long as I can be sure that I have the tunnel clearance over my front torque arm. I remember it being a little bit tight at that point when I installed the Pro-X rear skid, I have to re-check that clearance tonight.

I also had to question the math, probably why I couldn't find a listing this year, just doesn't make since. I wish you the best of luck with your new track. ;)!

Another track you *might* want to consider... 9933. It might be your ticket. Its 16x136x1.75, fully clipped, and recommended use for "Trail / Powder Mountain"

1.75 is too much lug for me bro. 1.5 will be my max since I do still run a lot of lakes and hard pack trail for hours at a time. There is a lot of loose snow where I ride, but I still have to get to it ;)!

There's no problem running two different kinds of clips. Camoplast fully clipped tracks COME THAT WAY - 1/3 smooth, 2/3 rippled.

True, good point. I was more or less thinking about clip height, width etc. not necessarily the face pattern, but your point makes that less of an issue for me.

Ordered the 1.5" Intense yesterday.

As soon as it arrives, I'll go buy a couple of chisels.

The wife is going to love it when she sees me cutting up my brand new track in the garage LOL.

They just don't understand.

Got the track, looks awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that punching out the windows is pretty easy with a saw horse and two sharp chisels; one at 1", the other at 1.5" width.

Took me only about an hour and it did a really clean job, I can't even tell which ones I punched out now that they're all done. I would recommend this method to anybody who has to do this.

Now comes the install...

Pics as promised.

Need to get $400 for it or it stays in my shed. I have had a lot of local guys express interest, but it you want it, you can have it for that price + ship.

how much to ship to P0M 1B0 in ontario canada?
i am very interested. i prefer snail mail shipping if they will take it but it might weigh too much. pm me and lemme know

maim

ill take it.

pm me your name and adress for the moneyorder. if you are shiping ups or something else i will get it shipped to work so the courrier dont wake me up in the morning. even if bro dont want it i can put it on my et410 so he can have that track for his ss440 long track progect.
