I never run them behind the throttle body anymore. That is how I trashed the mechanical gauge! I only install on rear of intercooler now. That may be why the Cyberdyne was reading low?
This is what happened when I tried the mechanical gauge behind the throttle body. Maybe that’s why we both had trouble. I tied into all four flanges and the mechanical gauge was fluctuating so bad it trashed it. I installed a liquid filled gauge and it was fine. But that was the last time I hooked to the bodies or used mechanical. Cyberdyne has been my preferred boost gauge since then. I haven’t had any gauge failures since.
Plan to use the AEM 02 gauges from here on in too.
Innovate has just been to troublesome for me and others.

Autometer ProComp Series Liquid (silicone) filled 2 5/8" Mechanical boost/vacuum gauge. Been using them since 2004.
