Red Lake I-500

There you go, the other racers were semi-pros running a regional event. Not a factory team Yamaha showing up to race a regional event (COR).

As far as other OEM's "throwing a fit". Yamaha chose to race COR in '11-'12 because they didn't want to follow the rules for USCC. They knew full well the production Nytro was not competitive. They entered the first USCC race of that season with their kitted Nytros and the other OEM's protested and rightly so. The other OEM's actually build sleds that comply with ISR rules. Why was it so hard for Yamaha to comply?

It funny to see that now Yamaha is running production based sleds they can't compete. They can no longer show up with a handful of one off race sleds that cost tens of thousands of dollars a piece. They will be hurting even more next year when the Super Sport class takes over as the premier class.

Herfindahl is a Semi-pro... Pretty sure he is leading in points in USXC PRO , Selby is a full Pro factory Cat. Same year they called Yamaha out Polaris had illegal sleds and had to MAKE a kit to make them legal as well. How will they be hurting more when super sport takes over Yamaha and everyone else has to run production sleds??? Funny when Yamaha wins people always want to bash them :)

Always found it interesting that Arctic Cat raced 600cc 2 stroke when they did not sell one to the public last year?????

Don't let this numbskull get to you Seth. That sport is brutal on a sled. I'm surprised they don't all break.
I miss the days when you guys came over to Munising. Hopefully it will happen again. Good luck the rest of the season.

Munising was always a blast, hopefully Cor powersports can get that on their schedule next year.

Herfindahl has been racing Pro all season in USXC. Never heard anything about Polaris having illegal sleds nor having to make a kit. Yamaha had to make a kit and tried selling it for over $8000. What a joke.

Yamaha has crap for a race program and will suffer mightily when the have to run a production sled. The Vipers they've got right now are modified Cat sno-pro 600's. Yamaha always has to run one off equipment to try and be competitive and yet not offer it to their customers.

If yamaha is such a joke, as you have now stated twice, Why are you still on here and why do you care???
