What is max revs of Attack 150? When belt wears is it possible to over rev like 2s or does 150 rev limiter not allow? What are tell tale signs that 4s belt is out of spec? I have 3500 miles on current belt & defection was set about 1500 miles but still seems about right. Change or not broke don't fix?

Rev limiter kicks in at 11250 RPM's and if you have a PCIII and Ignition Module you can increase the rev limiter but I don't know why anyone would want to. I change my belt every 2000 miles regardless of the condition.

Nope, we are heading up next Thursday. Everyone that was supposed to go last weekend, including myself, has plans this weekend. That’s why I was so bummed about the conditions last week and now I'm getting real impatient....lol. Did you get a chance to run yours?

Worn or bad belt will sit lower in the secondary when stopped. Most guys change belts around 1000-2000 miles. I change every 1000. They are cheap belts compared to other OE belts anyway. Remember to give the new belt a good scrub with soapy warm water and clean your clutch faces with emery cloth or a "Scotchbrite" pad before you put it in.
