I have changed oil on my Warrior many times and the most difficult task for me is putting the plastic air box back on. Can't seem to get the boots over the carbs easily and know they are secure. I've tilted the air box every which way. Is there a technique to this that I am missing??
My sons Warrior has air filters on it and they slip right over the carbs so easily and you know it is secure. I am about ready to install filters on mine.

Make sure the clamps are open all the way so they freely spin and add a little wd-40 or silicone spray. Be sure to make sure the clamps are super tight after words.

Take the air box lid off. Then you can see/feel with your fingers if the air box is slid on correctly.

You may also have to lift the carb rack up a bit!
