Going to drop rear suspension to do some maintanance just wondering what is the best way to reinstall to get the bolt holes lined up again. I have never dropped this suspension before. In my past sleds its always been a bear to get realigned. I have a attak. Thanks for any info. Woodysattack.

I don't know if you have torsion springs, but if you do, release them. Else, you could use a ratchet strap to compress the suspension.

Loosen the axel nut and release all the tension off of the track. Then shorten the adjustable transfer rod as short as it will go. Take the top idler wheel axel out and the suspension comes out easy. Reinstall in reverse order. Just make sure you re- adjust the transfer rod when you get done.

I had no problem doing it as explained (make sure you loosen up the track). It does help top have another guy help to put it back in.
