relay problem

When it is super cold out the starter will not work. If i turn the key on and off a bunch of times it will eventualy roll over and fire up. While turning the key on and off it will just make a single click noice. What relay do i need to replace? Thanks.

The starter solenoid. Do a search or read the faq for further instructions.
