Remove the fronts first.
Use an impact gun if you have one, if not, remove both at the same time.

loosen track tension. The front bolts are short, 3 1/2" bolts that are nutted on the back side. Remove the nuts and then push the bolts out while turning it from the outside.

Ive got both sides loose on the front, but one side just keeps spinning??

There are no nuts for the front, just a bolt that goes through thetunnel into a bar which is part of the skid

Sorry, it depends on which version Nytro you have. The shorties are nutted on the back side and the xtx has a solid shaft that runs side to side. The shaft is spinning on you which can be an issue if you don't have an impact. You can try retightening the side that came out and then remove the one you're having trouble with. Adding some pressure on the pivot arm sometimes helps keep the shaft from spinning.

Also, if i remove the bolt from one side completely, should i be able to get the other side out easily?

If you remove one side then reinstall the bolt with some anti seize compound you should be able to remove the other side and then remove the anti seized bolt without much trouble. Pull down or place a pry bar between the pivot arm and tunnel protector on the side you're trying to remove last.

I had to tighten the left back up to get the right one off. Then the left came right out. Got that info from this site. Thanks everyone that replied to my question in the spring.
