Can I replace part # 8f3-47422-01-00, with part # 8g8-47422-00-00, on an 07 apex er? Upper slides on rear skid.

I've noticed that too. Doing some pm , thought replacing them would prevent the inevitable,stretched ra cable, again!! Maybe I'll buy one, and drill a new hole.
Should've gotten a heavy duty cable, I guess.

I haven't had any success keeping the RA cable from breaking no matter which cable I use. The casing always breaks.
