Does anyone know if my Bruin has a rev limiter for going forward? I know it cuts out in reverse, but when I go fast it sounds like the engine is revving a lot, is there any way I can hurt it, or will it cut out before I get too high?

There is a destruct limiter, but it is at a very high RPM. You can certainly destroy an engine way before you get it to the limiter though.
If you keep it even near the upper RPM limit, wear, heat, friction, fatique, etc... will all quickly become prominent issues.
Play it by ear. If it sounds like it is too high, it may be.
