I am once again going to participate in the Valentine 500 this Thursday, February 9th. It is a 500 mile ride in one day to raise money for the Keller Family Community Foundation (KFCF). The foundation raises money to provide grants to those currently undergoing cancer treatment to cover medical expenses, food, travel and lodging.
I participate in this event because cancer has directly affected my family and the family of many of my friends. I am hoping that the money I help raise will help ease the pain of those going through what my family and so many others have gone through.
