How much of a riser could you put without extending cables and brake hose? I have a RX-1 short track and am thinking of using mtn cables and hose to do a 5" riser. Any and all input will be helpful.
Thanks

I'm not sure with the stock cables. I think a 2" riser would work with the stock cables.
I have a 8" Nytro MTX riser on my RX-1M now and it's WAY up there for boondocking. The only cable I changed to do that was the throttle cable. So, I think the length of the stock throttle cable is you limiting factor.
Good Luck

I can't answer your cable extension question. But you can check us (Muffin Works) out for the risers. We have some awesome billet riser kits available that look and work great.

I have an 8" Oles riser on my 03 ton. I replaced the cables w/ cables for an 05 RX1 M.
