Room for a 121x15, 1.5" intense track??

I'd like to run this track on my wifes phazer if I get the FX instead of the lite. My concern is the size, those of you who have there sled already or have seen one do you think this will be a problem ?

I looked at a Phazer FX two weeks ago and thought the tunnel was wide enough to fit a 15 wide. Unfortunately, I did not measure the width. I have heard from others that the bulkhead curves inward and limits the sled to a 14 wide. I too want to know for sure. Too bad my dealer is 300 miles away or I'd run over there and measure it.

Are you suggesting that the venture has a different bulkhead than other models? I would think only the tunnel is different. Venture has a 15" track.

I agree LB, but the Venture Lite does have a different tunnel. Note the 45? beveled edge at the top of the tunnel. I heard that the Venture Lite has a wider bulkhead just for the 15" but do not know if this is true. Two different bulkheads does not make economic sense to me.

NO not really, I can't see anything from that angle, though it's nice to see LB has a part number for a 14"x121x1.5" track, that would be a great optioj if it came in 128" length.

I took a good look at one in a showroom, and can't see getting a 15" in there ...way to tight.

I will install a Camoplast Freeride 9034C 14"x136"x1,5".
The other option is the Freeride 9033C 14"x121"x1,5". These tracks are specially made for the Phazers.
