We are in the UP now and a 2012 Apex 129 with 1,220 miles will only rev to 10,000. The clutch seems to work well in the mid range and pulls. But, won't rev. Does this sound like an EXUP issue? Thanks.

Likely the issue but might be 1 of several things. If you have the tools, pull the springs from your primary and secondary. Reassemble each one and check for any binding. Without access to new springs, or a means to measure and test spring pressure, it would be difficult to determine if they're bad. It's a fairly involved task checking the Exup. MrSled has a video tutorial that does a great job explaining the process. Best of luck with getting it corrected. Let us know what you find.

Could be EXUP but I would wait until you get around 1800 to 2000 miles. Unless you broke it in hard you will get 10500 at about 1800 to 2000.

Ok, thanks. Will let you know. I didn't want to undertake the exup during the trip. I remember on my sled that I stripped the bolts trying to remove the exup cover and should have heated them up first.
