Why does HP and a torge go down after a certin point not only is it desinged like that, it requiers less amount of force once up to speed. Spin a mary-go-round it takes force to get it to there, but once you get it there you can just keep the speed up by lightly pushing it.

k yea makes a little more sence. but im not so sure the phazers are making enough power when there at 12300 or in the 12's to turn the gear. i know when i was running high i was only getting about 73mph

yea you have to clutch for the conditions unforatanly, does no good to be spiinig a track going 12k if you not getting tracktion. You dont really see your topp end much durnig the races, unless there are strait with low to no snow. You do need sufficent force to matine speed, yes. If you drop drimatincly in HP you will loose you speed becaues it n not sustain sufficent force to keep it moving at that speed. Thats why 4st get lost againsts 2st becaues they can putt the power were they need it and them firing everytime. You can evently catch up but it might take a while. I would like to see a high reving engine lie this 4st in a sport bike and see what you can get for top end.
