Your float is filling with fuel and you have spark, so it should at least idle I would think.

You should be able to see through the pilot jet when holding the jet up to a light.
A bunged pilot would cause it run poor up to about 1/4 throttle, but after that has no effect.
Also, the machine would run on three when choke is on.

Lenman I had a similar problem on my 2005 Rs Vector. I had what seemed like fuel issue on middle cylinder, that wasn’t it. Change out spark plugs and away she would go running great. Then middle cylinder would stop firing or it would fire occasionally or not at all or would have week spark On middle cylinder.
My issue turned out to be the main wire harness behind the coolant tank. The tank pinches the harness against the main frame and the pressure and vibration resulted in the wires for the Center cylinder coil to rub through and break. Couldn’t tell until I opened up the harness.
This might be worth looking at on your sled?
