I have a set of RSI heaters on my phazer and everything i do They Don't work. What am i doing wrong and how can i hook them up to make them work?

Thanks
Zac

What wires do you have hooked up to what? What year is the sled? I would have to check my notes but they worked fine on my sled

Below is a schematic of the RSI heater. You'll need to measure the resistance in the stock heater (or look it up in the manual) and wire in the two leads on the RSI heater closest to your stockers resistance. The lower resistance leg (RED and WHITE) of the RSI heater will give you higher output.

By twisting the RED and BLUE leads together and connecting this pair with the WHITE lead to the wiring on your sled will give you about 3.2 Ohms and the highest output possible, but this may have adverse effects on the ECU and will exceed the rating of the RSI unit.

Also, make sure you have the updated wiring harness that was offered for the '07s installed on your sled.
