Hey guys,
Just a question...most pics I see of the RTX have a painted tunnel. I have a mag at home previewing the '06 sleds and there's pics of a plain aluminum tunnel. Did they release an RTX without a painted tunnel, and if so, what's the difference in the two? Does one have reverse and the other not?
Thanks!

All are black. That was a photo of a proto type, non production. I went to 2 shows last spring; 1 had a black tunnel while the other was plain. The reps had no clue why either........
For the record, black looks sweet

Not to Hijack this thread, but
does anyone know of a good paint match for the tunnel paint?
Mine is starting to wear off on the footboards.

Cool, thanks guys. After owning my last two non-painted tunnels, I don't really want another. Cleaning the painted tunnel is a two-minute job, whereas polishing the aluminum one is not...
A buddy is looking at an RTX and was wondering.

That was the only thing I missed about my Machz's, painted tunnels. So much easier to keep looking new

Each to there own, I like the polished look of a tunnel. I know it requires a little elbow grease, but to me it is worth it. The Apex ER comes with the polished tunnel and the RTX & GT are painted
