RX-1 Coolant Heater

Someone's probably asked this before but in which hose do you install the add-on 110v coolant heater on the RX's...is it the hose from the thermostat housing to the motor that runs past the oil tank? The supplied instructions just show for the 2 smoke.
 
Yes but , upstair you have the thermostat and down , the prestone go under the tunnel ??

Do the motor going to take some heat from this heater ?

Warrior it will actualy back heat the motor quicker down below, as up top it has to keep the coolers warm and get the thermastat open too. Maxdlx
 
For height, mine is located near the middle of the oil tank. You will not be heating the coolers much, if at all. Heat goes up.

The engine does get warm. Once the Thermostat opens, there is a natural circulation set up.

But, once you start the engine, the cold coolant from the coolers gets sucked in right away. It starts like a warm engine. But, then I have to choke it right after it starts cause it gets so cold, so quickly.
