RX-1 throttle cable extension

I just updated the backup sled a bit. I put a set of powermadd riser and and a set of '07 apex mtn bars on the old '03 RX-1. I need a about tanother 3-4 inches of throttle cable now. I thought that MPI used to make an extension for them but could not find anything on their site. Anybody else using something else?

I'm using the cable from a 2005 RX1 Mountain its the longest one Yamaha makes. Yamaha part # 8FW-26311-00-00 Kevin at Port Yamaha has them for $23 plus shipping.

I also used the 05 RXM throttle cable.

They beat me to it, like already said 05 cable. But if thats too short still, Linc @ Pemberton Yamaha had a company make a bunch custom made that are even longer. He is north on Vancovuer BC.
