Just got a 04 1000 Rx warrior, and have replaced the headlight fuse 2 times since I got it. Headlights are in good shape but can't seem to figure out why it's doing this?

Is there a short in the hood harness? have you tried just one bulb at a time?

I have not gotten that far yet! Good idea with the 1 bulb at a time. Will follow wires backwards.

Check your relays, as when i would go from dims to bright's it would blow a fuse and it happened to be a bad relay. They are on the right hand side just above the foot well.Just got a 04 1000 Rx warrior, and have replaced the headlight fuse 2 times since I got it. It was in the foam part up in the handlebars, mouse nest!! Chewed the wires causing them to short out.Is there a short in the hood harness? have you tried just one bulb at a time?
