hello guys, I'm posting for a friend. He has a 2004 RX warrior. Unfortunately something happened to it and he lost the engine. I think he hit a rock. But he found a 2002 RX1 for a thousand dollars and he was going to buy it and just swap engines...he wants to know if a 2002 RX1 engine will fit in his 2004 warrior. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys!

I would think it would be a direct swap from the 03 RX1 to a 04 Warrior given that a Warrior is a RX1 with a 136 track.

The rx-1started with the 03 model year but production began in I believe may or June of 02. I got mine in October of 2002.

yamadog-what year does your title or registration say 02 or 03?The rx-1started with the 03 model year but production began in I believe may or June of 02. I got mine in October of 2002.
Well unfortunately that sled left a long long time ago but I am sure it is based on the manufacturers model year designation. So it would have read 03 but the VIN would have reflected a 2002 build date.
