RX1 electronic Manual - Carb Cleaning

I am looking for the manual for a 2004 RX1 ER. Carbs appear to be hosed up with some monkey junk and need a bit more detail than what I have found here in 25 minutes of searching. Basically want to do a carb cleaning.

Any help you would be appreciated.
