rear cooler is a must or some sort of extra cooling - i extened mine to a 136 and a 2 " and overheat in limited snow - switched to a 1.5 rip saw and still have same issue later in season - soon as you start running any trails or portages you need to find some powder - wont go back to 121 as buddy has one and i walk all over his - if you extend go to a rear cooler or something - am going to try a cooler this year and hope it works cause i like riding till the bitter end- even colder nights with limited snow lights on my buddies 121 has no issues

payner, check your coolant mix as the 05 rx's came mixed 100% pure glycol. i know mine was and i added the rear cooler and still was having heat issues untill i replaced with 50/50 mix.
