Ok so today I go to my buds shop and his rx1 turbo is sitting there covered with dust because he has no time to ride it. Told him I was taking it out for a spin, let it warm up a good 5 minutes before I took off. He had the boost set on the low setting. Go up the field and right where the turbo used to kick in it started to sputter, backed out of it and it seemed to clear up. Got in it again and it did the same thing. After a few passes I decided to bring it back in and as I slowed smoke started billowing out from under the hood BIG TIME! Thought for sure it was going to catch on fire. Rush up to his shop door to grab a fire extinguisher but that the heavens it didn't go up in flames. Get the hood opened up and everything is soaked in oil. It is pumping oil out of the K&N breather. Any ideas???

You might want to clean it up and look for the leak. Then maybe we would have something to go on.
Is there oil coming out of the breather? If yes, blown head-gasket?
What is the current oil level? Maybe it was overfilled?
Like I said, you have given us nothing to go on.

Maybe you missed the last part where I said it is pumping out of the breather.... Wasn't overfilled, no hoses or lines leaking.

U need to do a leak down test, blowing oil out the breather means the motor is not sealing very well

It had been sitting for some time.
Did you remove the old gas and replaced it with new fresh premium? If not it has detonated destroying the pistons and rings in one or more of the cylinders :-(
A simple compression test will tell your right away, probably lost compression on some cylinders.
I will move this post to the Turbo/SC forum to get you more views from the turbo guys.
